Re: Termination of the Real Democracy Party organization

The officers and voting members of the Real Democracy Party have decided by majority vote to terminate the political organization known as the Real Democracy Party, effective November 30, 2020.  We did not pursue the process of incorporation, therefore we do not need to de-register or dissolve a corporate body.

 

Being the responsible person, I will proceed with closing our EIN account with the IRS and filing of closing reports required by the IRS and FEC.
