The Republican Elephant in the Election

A Fascist-Christian President

Wake up people!  Donald Trumpolini will not be President even if he is elected.  Why?  Simple.  The Klan Republican Party knows that he is a sick man.  He has serious neurological and mental disorders.  They have calculated that he has hypnotized at least 60 million dumb American voters, and they are gambling that he will be re-elected.  But they already have a team of cabinet members and military leaders ready to convene a 25th Amendment meeting and declare that Trumpolini is unable to perform the duties of his office, and therefore it is MIKE PENCE you have voted for to be your next President.  Some say Pence is worse than Trumpolini.  Trumpolini is a lost soul with no convictions, but Pencelhead has strong Fascist-Christian convictions.  He is the real October Surprise, the political Improvised Explosive Device in the Klan plan to clinch the victory of the Confederacy over the United States of America.  So, since it is really Mike Pence you are voting for to be President, wouldn't you like to know a little more about him?  They say he wants to be President but I think he wants to be Pope of the Confederate States.

Prediction for Election 2020: Trump wins, is dumped by the Republicans using the 25th Amendment, Mike Pence takes over the continuation of the Klan-Republican plan:

Headlines underlined are mine, information is from stories reported on Wikipedia.  These are direct quotes from the screen unless indicated otherwise.  Attribution here is to Wikipedia overall, but the article includes numerous links and footnotes:

Pence is a fundamentalist Christian:

Pence described himself as a "principled conservative" and supporter of the Tea Party movement, stating that he was "a Christian, a conservative, and a Republican, in that order."

He believes being President is God's Plan for him:

The authors of one biography argued that Pence believes God has lit a path for him that ends in the Oval Office, citing  Pence’s favorite verse, Jeremiah 29:11, as evidence of his surety. “For I know the plans I have for you,” God tells the prophet. “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” A detailed profile in the Atlantic cited the same verse to show that Pence believes God is clearing a path for his ascension to the presidency.

Opposed to public schools:

Upon becoming governor in January 2013, Pence initiated the largest tax cut in Indiana's history and pushed for more funding for education initiatives (charter schools and school vouchers to replace public schools open to all children).    …  During his tenure as governor, Pence supported significant increases in education funding to pre-schools, voucher programs, and charter schools, but frequently clashed with supporters of traditional public schools.   …  In 2015, Pence secured significant increases in charter-school funding from the legislation, although he did not get everything he had proposed.   Legislation signed into law by Pence in 2013 greatly increased the number of students in Indiana who qualify for school vouchers, making it one of the largest voucher programs in the United States.  The annual cost of the program is estimated to be $53 million for the 2015–16 school year.  …  Despite successful advocacy for more funding for pre-schools, voucher programs, and charter schools, Pence has frequently clashed with teachers unions and supporters of public schooling.  (Note:  "Liberals" see this kind of "voucher" system as a back-door project to use public funds to support racial segregation.- Medeiros)

Tries to use his official powers to impose his religious beliefs on society:

After Pence signed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), he encountered fierce resistance from moderate members of his party, the business community, and  LGBT advocates.

Does not use science to protect the public health:

In February 2020, Pence was appointed chairman of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, established in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in the United State

While in college, Pence became an evangelical, born-again Christian, …

Does not apply common ethics to the use of public funds:

In 1988, Pence ran for Congress against Democratic incumbent Philip Sharp, but lost.  He ran against Sharp again in 1990, quitting his job in order to work full-time in the campaign, but once again was unsuccessful.  During the race, Pence used "political donations to pay the mortgage on his house, his personal credit card bill, groceries, golf tournament fees and car payments for his wife."  While the spending was not illegal at the time, it reportedly undermined his campaign.

While in Congress, Pence belonged to the Tea Party Caucus.

Likes low wages for workers:

In 2013, Pence signed a law blocking local governments in Indiana from requiring businesses to offer higher wages or benefits beyond those required by federal law. In 2015, Pence also repealed an Indiana law that required construction companies working on publicly funded projects to pay a prevailing wage.

Pence is "pro-coal" overtly opposes environmental protection plans:

During Pence's term in office, the Republican-controlled Indiana General Assembly "repeatedly tried to roll back renewable energy standards and successfully ended Indiana's energy efficiency efforts."  Pence has been an outspoken supporter of the coal industry, declaring in his 2015 State of the State address that "Indiana is a pro-coal state," expressing support for an "all-of-the-above energy strategy," and stating: "we must continue to oppose the overreaching schemes of the EPA until we bring their war on coal to an end."   In 2015, Pence sent a letter to President Obama denouncing the EPA's Clean Power Plan (which would regulate carbon emissions from existing power plants) and stating that Indiana would refuse to comply with the plan.  Indiana joined other states in a lawsuit seeking to invalidate the plan.  In 2016, Pence said that even if legal challenges failed, Indiana would continue to defy the rule and would not come up with its own plan to reduce emissions.

Is "pro-NRA"

In 2014, over the opposition of Indiana school organizations, Pence signed a bill which allows firearms to be kept in vehicles on school property.  In 2015, following a shooting in Chattanooga, Pence recruited the National Rifle Association to train the Indiana National Guard on concealed carry. Some National Guard officials from other states questioned why a civilian organization would be involved in a military issue.  In May 2015, Pence signed into law Senate Bill 98, which limited lawsuits against gun and ammunition manufacturers and sellers and retroactively terminated the City of Gary's still-pending 1999 lawsuit against gun manufacturers and retailers that allegedly made illegal sales of handguns.

Imposed anti-abortion law on Indiana:

In March 2016, Pence, as Indiana governor, signed into law H.B. 1337, a bill that both banned certain abortion procedures and placed new restrictions on abortion providers. The bill banned abortion if the reason for the procedure given by the woman was the fetus' race or gender or a fetal abnormality. … The abortion bill was subsequently ruled unconstitutional in April 2018 by the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Likes to control news:

On January 26, 2015, it was widely reported that Pence had planned to launch a state-run, taxpayer-funded news service for Indiana.  …  There was speculation that the news service would publish pro-administration stories that would make Pence look good in the event of a presidential run.    …

According to Associated Press, the idea "of stories prewritten for the media set off a wave of criticism from journalists around the country, who likened the Indiana endeavor to state-run media in Russia and China. Headlines like 'Pravda in the Plains' accompanied calls for Pence to scrap the idea."

Chosen VP for connections to rich donors:

(Won the contest for Trumpolini's VP pick because)  Pence had stronger connections at the time to the politically influential big donors, the Kochs, than Trump did.

Extreme conservative:

According to a FiveThirtyEight rating of candidates' ideology, Pence was the most conservative vice-presidential candidate in the last 40 years.

Pence said his role model as vice president would be Dick Cheney.

He cast the deciding vote to break a fifty-fifty tie to confirm Betsy DeVos as the secretary of education.  Pence cast his second tie-breaking vote on March 30, voting to advance a bill to defund Planned Parenthood.

A colorless politician with executive experience, Pence may offer ballast to the Trump ticket. But he clearly does not offer balance. On many of the most important issues of our time, Pence is a hard-line right-winger.

This is what a Trumpolini vote is for …  and …

Go Back to Work and Die for Trumpolini's Numbers

FURTHER, did you notice that the Klan-Republican Party wants you to go back to work even though your work places you at high risk to get the COVID-19 virus and bring it home to your spouse and children.  Since all business enterprise is under stress, you will probably have to accept lower pay or fewer hours.  And forget about the Occupational Health and Safety Act policies (OSHA), which are apparently suspended because "the economy" is more important than your family's life.  That is how you will make America great again, where your "family values" means money is more important than anything.  Looks more like "money values" than family values.  If your child dies from COVID-19 heart failure, you might get a $100 check and a thank you note from Trumpolini and Pope Pence.  You can become a "blue-star" family, if any of you survive.

Democracy is something you DO.

If you are not voting, you are not doing it!
